Meet Annah
Hi there, my name is Annah. I live in Kihikihi, New Zealand with my husband and two children.
I was seriously injured in a fatal car accident when I was 15, and suffered with severe chronic pain for many years before discovering the powerful effects of ConTact C.A.R.E.
It has changed my life and I am so excited to have the opportunity to help facilitate the same healing for your unique body and symptoms.
What is ConTact C.A.R.E
When your skeleton suffers an impact, it either causes a bone to break, or the bone absorbs and traps the pressure of that impact.
That pressure creates a perception of weight in that area, that your body is forced to carry and compensate for, to achieve balance. This compensation is the felt stress or pain you feel, sometimes in seemingly unrelated parts of the body.
