What is ConTact C.A.R.E

ConTact C.A.R.E Flinchlock Release is a Martial Arts based discipline, created in Ngatea, New Zealand, by Dale Speedy and Kym Summers. It is a practical study in what we call Skeletal Sensory Shock.

The unique perspectives of ConTact C.A.R.E recognise the long-term effects of impacted bones, the influence of surprise in controlling injuries, and the interconnectedness of the head and body in biomechanical pressure balance.
