How much does it cost?
It is $60 for an adult - 45-60 minute session.
It is $40 for a child – 30 min session.
Payable via cash or bank deposit.
What can I expect to happen during a session?
To be listened to carefully as you tell your story. I will also be observing how your body subconsciously supports and keeps itself comfortable.
This information will help me to locate areas in your skeleton that are holding trapped pressure which I will release painlessly.
I ask you to position yourself in a way that is most comfortable for your specific symptoms, often this is lying down, but is sometimes standing or sitting.
What should I wear?
Clients stay fully clothed the whole session, please wear whatever you are most comfortable in.
Will it hurt?
No. Client comfort is a crucial part of the effectiveness of ConTact C.A.R.E. There may be some tiredness or discomfort up to 48 hours after the session as the body readjusts itself, but not always.
How many visits will I need?
It is possible for one session to create major changes, but often 2-5 sessions are necessary for thorough integration. This is also dependent on the severity and complexity of injuries sustained.
Can it help with old injuries?
Yes. Old, unresolved injuries can be sorted many years after they occurred, and many years after unwanted symptoms started.
What if I have pain/symptoms but have never had a major injury?
We all have had impacts to bone over the course of our lives, and even minor impacts can disrupt our body’s normal function. I often find that while I am working on a client, many forgotten injuries suddenly come to mind!
